Fast (DC) Charging Instructions in English

1. Press "PAY / START charging" on the separate payment terminal near to the charging station.

2. Select the charging cable on the screen of the payment terminal.

3. Pay the deposit at the terminal with Visa, Mastercard or mobile phone.

4. Connect the selected CCS2 cable from the charging station to the car.

The charging process starts within 60 seconds. 

If NOT, please repeat step 1.

5. To stop the charging process, press the STOP charging button on the payment terminal.

*In case if payment terminal doesn´t react, please press `Stop` on an xCharge touchscreen or call Hotline for station reset.

6. The system calculates the amount of KWH * 0.55 Euro and releases the cable.
